I, Austin, meticulously maintain your property’s beautiful lawn AND landscaping from spring until fall. IF you have trees and or leaves, I also take care of your leaves on a regular basis from fall until winter. This plan INCLUDES landscaping such as trimming bushes, crepe myrtles, etc. I provide trimming twice per year of all said bushes, crepe myrtles, etc. From your hedges down to your edges, I take care of it all proudly. You don’t have to lift a finger! You can expect your yard or business to be professionally serviced by me weekly or biweekly based on your lawn’s needs and time of the year. I use top of the line equipment that I maintain to the highest standard to leave the best finish on your grass. Each service I use a fresh blade edger to edge your walkways, curb, patios, and driveway. I also weed eat everywhere my mower will not reach before mowing your lawn with sharpened blades on my mowers. This plan also INCLUDES, unless not preferred, pressure washing all concrete surfaces such as patios, walkways, and driveways once per year. This is a 12 month agreement paid in monthly installments. This plan INCLUDES, unless not preferred, one pressure washing per year of all concrete surfaces to include patios, walkways, driveways, and curbing. This is a 9 month agreement to 12 month agreement based on if client has leaves or not, as well as if client decides to have pressure washing done. I’m happy to answer all of your questions anytime. I have the experience and commercial grade machines to handle your leaf cleanups. If you prefer the leaves to be bagged up with my mower or tarped and hauled away, I am happy to do that!
